Oakbank is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday rental apartment in the heart of the village of Edzell in Angus. It will offer you all the comforts you expect to find in your own home.
The spacious apartment is the on the first floor of a purpose build building established by a painter/decorator in 1899. The apartment comprises a comfortable lounge, with sofa bed if required, a large family kitchen/ dining room and a luxury bathroom. There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom at the front of the apartment and the two twin bedrooms are situated at the rear with country views. The second of the twin bedrooms is accessed from the lounge. The fully enclosed back garden with lawn, decking and outdoor garden furniture features a new 27m2 funfilled games cabin. The cabin has comfortable seating, small kitchen with fridge, kettle and coffee machine and a 7ft games table offering pool, air-hockey and table tennis. A seperate shed is available for bike storage if required. It also contains a chest freezer for the catch of the day.
Amenities & Services
To ensure our visitors are as comfortable at Oakbank as they would be at home, the apartment has been furnished with this aim in mind. From the basics such as gas central heating, double glazing, wooden floors, dryer, washing machine, micro-wave, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee-maker. To the little extra's such as free WiFi access, four televisions (Smart TV in the lounge which you can use for your Netflix access etc), hair-dryer and a selection of books, dvd's and board games. For the little ones we have a travel cot, highchair, stair gate, special crockery & cutlery, bathroom step and socket covers.
